Annual subscription discounted

I offer monthly subscriptions at regular price but I would like to add an option for an annual subscription with a discounted price. What’s the best to do this?

I offer subscriptions of services but it should be in limited inventory. Whenever I set a limit, it reverts to unlimited after I saved. How can I do it properly?

To offer different renewal frequencies, for example monthly and annual options, you must add two separate subscription products to your store.
