Not Receiving Form Submission (Please Help)

Ok, I hope someone can help!

I can see in my analytics that forms were submitted, however I did not receive any of them.

Long story short, my email was not set up correctly which was my storage method. 

I am wondering if there is anyway that Squarespace has access to these forms.

I just experienced a similar issue, where the email address was incorrect in my form settings, and I didn’t receive any of the submissions. I wasn’t aware the email was wrong until after several missed submissions.

Ultimately, it was my typo and my fault, but it seems there should be a way to confirm the form storage info when it’s entered. The fact that no one who submitted a form received any sort of error message (at least, that I’m aware of), seems like a flaw in the form itself.

Were you able to find out if your form submissions were stored elsewhere?

Being able to select multiple storage methods would help.

Wishful thinking, for sure.
