How to remove Strange Bar under menu

Hi,

On this website https://www.wundershift.com/advies-en-procesbegeleiding you see a blue bar at the top of most pages under the menu, which appears to be linked to the footer. It is not on index pages. Does anyone know how to remove this?

I think is parallax color. Add this code to Advitise... Page Header

Disable Ajax Loading (Design > Site Styles) if the code doesn't work properly
