How to get rid of extra padding on an Index Page?

Hi. Does anyone know how to get rid of the extra padding on my home page. It’s an index page. When I look at it on mobile and desktop there’s way too much padding around the whole text box between the about and the testimonials box. Is there anyway I can fix this pls.  Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks 

What happens if you play with the Index Page Padding setting?

Take it down some. Does it look better?
