Crosby Template- NO INSERT POINT options

I have no options to alter the texts or customize my pages. I have watched every tutorial out there. I do NOT have the features these tutorials have, to make these customizations. Such as blocks, 'insert points', etc. NONE of that is available to me. Please help. Specifically trying to create a Contact Page. When I choose a predesigned layout, I am not able to alter the text or photo. If I choose a blank page, I can only put in my own image, there is no other option available to me (no text, etc). I have even gone to the extent of trying it on other templates and still have the same issue.

What template are you using?  It would be even more helpful if you posted your site address and set a site wide password too if needed. 

The same thing happened to me. its really annoying

When you are using 7.1, and create a blank page, you have to create/ add a "block" section to the page and in that section you have the option to add content blocks.
