agmantia
Site URL: http://www.travisvoice.com im looking to integrate square (or some other site) where our customers can pay their invoices on our website. We are a service based company, so the e-commerce platform wont work. Has anyone done this? maybe with the membership platform so they can log in and see their invoices. Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Actually the e-commerce might just work for you if set up for service not for physical products: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/206540867-Service-products The payment method can be the same as physical products and "checkout' payment or subscriptions would reflect that as well. Unfortunately, most of the time we don't know the exact charge until the service is complete incase there is complications or it takes longer. (ie installing network cabling, phone systems, etc). so we either mail or email a bill, but id love for tgem to be able to pay online Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Well, I owned a communications business for many years, I was a Miel and Vodavi/Vertical dealer. A lot of what I did was consultation and remote programming. I used Paypal with no problem and that company has improved the look of their invoices too. I emailed a bill directily out of Quickbooks at the time. Now I build websites and use Paypal, there are also digital payment services that you can link to your site similiar to this one: https://www.meliopayments.com/request Doesn't require a commerce plan just put a link on your site and one in your billing emails to the customer. creedon
PayPal invoicing has worked well for me as well. It's not to hard to use once you get a little experience under your belt. The feature set is pretty good. Edited February 16, 2021 by creedon derricksrandomviews 1 Find my contributions useful?
