How do I change the font size or color to just one word?

I am trying to change only the Header 1 font size ("Bass Guitar Lesson") of my home page. Is it something with code? I don't know the CSS code to do this!

I am also trying to change the font color to specific words within a sentence. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
