Add "next page" button or link to header

Hi, everyone. I'm wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to include a "Next Page" link or button in a footer (current page+1), so I don't have to include it in the site body of each page and then update the target every time I add or update pages. (My site isn't live yet, so I don't have a link.)  Thanks! -dz
