Hello, I about to build a site for a new client who blogs a lot so there will be a lot of historical content. We would like to have all her old blogs detailed in a side bar (see link). I know sidebars are available on say Five, but does it or any other template allow us to do this?

Thanks in advance.

On Squarespace 7.0, the following template families have a blog sidebar feature:

  • Avenue
  • Bedford
  • Five
  • Forte
  • Galapagos
  • Ishimoto
  • Montauk
  • Skye
  • Wells
  • Wexley

However, on Squarespace 7.1 there's only a Product Navigation sidebar. There are no built-in blog sidebar features.

To add a sidebar to a Squarespace 7.1 blog you'll need to write some code or purchase a third-party plugin/extension, for example this SQSP Themes Sidebar Plugin.
