Adding Background Image to Primary Navigation

Recommended Posts

Site URL: https://www.whitehaven-therapies.co.uk

I'm trying to add an image to background navigation on this website for a client - the domain is still connecting but the password is massage2021 -(may have a cap M) i'm trying to add this image to sit behind the menu. I have seen another post answered but i don't know code so not sure how to get it to work with this particular image - can I upload it to the website in the same way I upload custom fonts and link to it? Thanks in advance!
