Any Kind of Code Injection Won't Get Pushed Live

Any updates to the css and javascript that I have previously had under "Code Injection" in the "Header" and the "Footer" as well as any "Page Header Code Injection" doesn't actually show up or pushed to the live site (whether I'm logged in or not). I have tried hard refreshes, and that doesn't work. Interestingly, If I add some css to "Page Header Code Injection" to a new page without any code currently on it, it shows up and lets me make new updates that show up on the site.
Clearly, something is stuck. I tried clearing all the code from the code injection, and that doesn't do anything. I reached out to SquareSpace support and they said that everything looks fine, but clearly that is not true. (kind of a canned email message from them)
Any advice or way to get this resolved?

Can you be more specific about the JavaScript and CSS that isn't working? For example, what is it, where have you added it and what isn't it doing?
