Swipeable product blocks

Anyone found a good way to make the product block carousel swipeable?? We just have these janky little arrows that are pretty hard to hit even with tiny thumbs.

Do you want to increase arrows size, or change arrows position?

@tuanphan Neither, I want to be able to click/touch and drag anywhere on the carousel.

Has anyone managed to run this? What I would like was the possibility of having a block with randomized products, even if it was from different pages using tags or categories. But if you can at least help with a block that transits the products without having to click on the arrows, it would be interesting.
