HELP!! Failure of blog notification

Recommended Posts

Site URL: http://remembertobe.life

Hi folks:

We've been trying for TWO months to set up blog post notifications. We use Active Campaign to set it up.  We even hired an Active Campaign expert and she tried for several weeks and it's still not working.

I just made a 4 minute screen recording to explain what's going on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBfeuQRy0x0&feature=youtu.be

I've been assuming all this time that something's wrong with the way it's set up in Active Campaign, but an AC person from Australia took a quick look and suggested it may be a problem on the SquareSpace side of things.

In any case, we've been ready since before Christmas to launch our 12 week online course on mindfulness and the brain, and are just waiting for this sole piece to get fixed.

If you have ANY idea how we might fix this it would be SO much appreciated.

Very best,

Don

I take it this is an RSS feed? AC says it is a Squarespace problem, I assume it was set up according to this?

https://help.activecampaign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001295070-Squarespace-integration and still doesn't work?

Can I suggest a test using another RSS feed progam? Just to see it something works like is should? You would have a way to contact your folks, and if you have their email, you can sign them up yourself. This can be a doorstop until you figer out what is going on with Active Campaign.

I have been using it for years for my site, no file size limitations and it is free to use, and yes it does have some simple ads with the free progam.
