Image won't center on mobile

I can't seem to get this image to center on mobile. I believe it's because I've changed the size of this image to appear smaller with code

Better yet, is there a way to get this image to appear smaller on mobile without using this code?

Also the page is too long on mobile. You should consider adding a back to top button.
