Summary Block Plugin

Is anyone aware of a plugin for 7.0 that customizes the masonary summary block? 

I would like for there to be one large image on the left and two smaller ones on the right.

I found this great one for 7.1 but haven't found anything for 7.0.

I only know of one, and I am not sure it will do what you want. It does have a lot of features though.
