2nd Navigation Menu Links: How to inverse button color on 2nd link?

I have a 2nd navigation menu that originally only contained the "schedule a call" link, and we are adding a second link to their new course catalog. However, they would like the first button to be outline and the second to be solid.

I am not seeing the Squarespace ID using my chrome plugin. It only gives me the overall collection #collection-5d7d1be71750880519885e23 for the whole header.

How do I identify that button? 😬

Add to Design > Custom CSS
