Markdown boxes are loading in expanded form at times

I've created a few markdowns on my site, and every few times the site is loaded both on desktop and mobile the markdowns are showing up fully expanded. This issue has happened for devices that have accessed the site in the past, as well as devices that have not accessed the site, and so it's apparently not any type of cache issue. Is this something others have experienced? Is there a known issue or solution? Below is an example of how one set of markdowns should appear (with a +/- button) versus how it's loading at times--essentially just a text box with bullets. Any suggestions much appreciated! 

Try disable Ajax Loading (Design > Site Styles)
