Sliding Text Animation

I would like to to implement a text sliding animation effect just like this video shows. The html and css used is here : https://redstapler.co/minimal-css-text-sliding-animation/

I would like to apply it to my H1 - "I am motivated to solve digital problems that meet business and user goals." I would like the sliding animation to slide up on "business" and "user". To show other pairs of words at the same time. I can't seem to get it to work on my home page. Any help would be super appreciated!
