Blog page comment box changes

Hey guys,

Trying to figure out how to remove the "preview" text that´s inside my comment box on the blog page. The site is in finnish so i already figured out how to rename some content but i would like to get the "previe" text removed. How do i achieve this. Many thanks in advance. 

PS. I tried to search a solution before posting a new question.

I don't see comment box. Can you enable it?

The box has been enabled all the time and is on the site. Picture added.

Have you enabled it for logged out users yet?

if you can it is the ”preview” text within the comment box i want to get rid off.
