Page Links to External URL's

Is there a way to link an external site into a page on my Squarespace site?

If I use a link page, to takes the user to the external site and changes the URL in the browser. Can the link in the browser stay the same as the original site?

I'm trying to embed or failing that like with a masked URL to this URL: https://verify-with.blockpass.org/?clientId=tla_pay_94230&serviceName=TLA PAY&env=prod&mainColor=000000&auto=1

It isn't possible to do this with a link inside one site to another. Url masking is done by some  domain providers and happens when a domain or subdomain is  url forwarded to another domain.
