Overlapping large title to smaller image (like on Winona homepage)

Hello! 

I've been trying to replicate the layout we see on the Winona website, with a super large text (in that case "I came here to find the true Winona.") with a smaller image on the background. 

Maybe I'm missing something but I can't manage to easily do it with the editor, neither I have managed to do so using my (quite basic) knowledge of CSS. Would anyone have any idea of how that can be achieved?

You can add a Section > Edit Section > Section Background > Add a Image

Next, insert a Text Block> Enter text

Hello tuanphan, thank you so much for your reply. Unfortunately that is not what I'm trying to achieve.. the solution you give me only gives me the possibility of placing a fullscreen background image, while what I'm trying to achieve is what you can see in the attached screenshot, where there is a small image under a large title. Any idea of how that is done?

Try adding Text Block, and Image Block under text. Then we can check the code to move text over image
