Want banner video below nav bar

Hello there, 

I added a video to my banner on my marta template. In the Desktop and Tablet view, my banner is where my nav bar is. When I am in mobile view, the banner is below the nav bar. I would prefer the video to always be below the nav bar like in the mobile view but I am not seeing options on how to do this. Is there a way and I'm just not aware, or is custom code needed? 

Also, for some reason it keeps saying I need to add a block to my page, but I don't want a block, I just want the plain banner video. Everytime I delete the "text block" that was there by default, it just comes back.
