Hello guys,

I need help finding the right template for me. I want a simple media company template like this which is both for photography and videography. I don't want to have a too fancy website for the media company...

Can you help me finding a template which looks similar?

This is the website: https://www.twinsproductions.no/en/

This one can be made to look very much like the one you posted. As a matter of fact the Wordpress template Salient was used to build the site you posted the link to, and WP touts  it as a "look a like" alternative to Squarespace. A Second one is named FIVE, however Wells would be easier to work with to get what you want I think. There are many other folks here who can provide their opinion as well. I think they will agree with me.

Hello and thank you for your reply!

I will check this up and mess around with the templates. Thank you for the help, Derrick!

Maybe I will go for the Salient builder to try designing it like the site I linked.

It has been my experience with photographers that Squarespace websites are easy to configure yourself, as opposed to Wordpress. A lot of artists and shooters, including myself,  and my daughter, christinegregoryphotography.com  who is a professional phototographer have thier sites hosted here. The latest  one I helped build with the idea that he would take it over for himself is Mattrobertsphotography.net Matt is very happy being here as opposed to being with Wordpress. Just wanted to let you know that. Matt like Christine's site built on Wexley that he hired me to build his on the same template.

My site is my random views an older classic look built on Avenue, with a flashly landing page. Landing pages are a Squarespace bonus built into  7.0 which includes Wells.

Hi again,

Okay thanks for the links! I'm not sure yet what to go for really... Seems like Squarespace is the best one to use if you just want to get something straight out of the box to just edit content. I have been using Wordpress a little, but I don't really want to work that much with it. Seems like with Squarespace you can pick a template and mess around with it easily.

I want to achieve the same minimalistic look as the site I linked. Tried to edit content on the "Wells" template, but looked like I could basically just edit / remove or add photos at the front page. 😛

Wlls, like other templates, let you create your own layout pages or gallery pages. Create them fresh and then delete the demo pages if you wish, there are many style tweaks for tonts, colors, and the laning pages/home pages. are excellent.

And here is a wells site the I find interesting:

This site is built on York but it is a good example of a well built photography site:
