How do I move navigation link between <div>'s

I want to simplify the top of page navigation, and make a clear distinction between user accounts and signup activities, vs. pure site navigation activities.  

Does anyone have an idea how to move the "log in" link from the main nav, to the call to action button, like the picture shows?
