Repositioning image

Hi all!

Trying to reposition the background image that we have on mobile so it isn't conflicting with our email input. On web, it looks great. Mobile however it's blocked. The code i have so far is:

@media screen and (max-width:767px) {
  #page section:first-child {
    min-height: 20vh;
    margin-top: 10vh;
}
  }

but me and my limited CSS knowledge can't seem to figure it out hahah. Thanks in advance for your help!
