The downside is that it opens automatically anytime any page is open. This is fine if you're on the computer because it's not super in the way & you can easily close it but it opens as a new tab when I'm on my phone. It's extremely annoying and I don't want anyone visiting my site via mobile to be confused. Is there a way to keep the chat widget minimized on the mobile end? Link to comment
