Resize background image for mobile

I'm trying to resize the background image so that on mobile view, the image shrinks and I can see the three people instead of the one. 

I know this question has been asked before, but I can't seem to make it work specifically with my website.

Add this to Design->Custom CSS

        min-height: 50vh !important;
      }
}
