increasing logo size on mobile site

Hi - I am using a template - bailard - and I can't figure out how to increase the logo size on the mobile view.  I saw a few other posts that have something in the custom CSS and I've tried them to no avail.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

You can change the font size xxpx  and color with this code. Colors an be changed using this calculator:

place in custom css.
