mrinkan Posted January 24, 2021 Share Posted January 24, 2021 i have been trying to upload a gif since forver and i keep getting error. even the support on square space cant figure whats wrong i tried 1. reducing size to 127 kb still doesnt work 2. changed browsers 3.updated browser 4.cleared cache memory. none of these work . im so frustrated. images upload and only gif is giving me error saying "processing error" i sent the gif over to squarespace and they are able to upload it Please help Link to comment
