Is it possible to style buttons on a banner image?

I've added some custom CSS to stylise my buttons across my website (text goes black when hovering) but the button on the banner image on the homepage isn't complying. Can anybody point me in the right direction to finding a solution. Thanks in advance!

The headlines button has been override with white color, you can use !important

.sqs-block-button-element:hover {
    color: #000 !important;
}
