Use a Product Page as Brands showcase

Hallo, I should create an additional page to my client's website made with squarespace. This page should be a showcase of brends with which they have collaborated. These brands should have a cover, plus info, be organised as a gallery and have the option to be filtered with tags and categories. Furthermore they would like to have a popup overview, a lightbox, on click for each brand containing some info and a carousel gallery.
I saw great similarities with the structure of squarespace's Product Pages, since you can filter products through categories and tags and you can add a "quick view" button with description and carousel inside.

Is there a way to use the Product Page for this showcase removing the selling option?
