Draggable gif is stuck in header/footer?

Hello!

I'm working on adding a draggable interaction on my site exactly like the logo gif on www.king-state.com

I've got a snippet of code that's doing what I want (https://codepen.io/mattvrgrs/pen/MWjxdmw), but when I add it to my site it actually gets stuck in my header/footer depending which one I place it in? I'm not exactly sure how to get around that, or even if it's possible to get around it? That's the first question.

The other question is if there's a small tweak or something to turn off the drag and select thing that's going on? I actually never noticed that was a thing until trying this out lol

Thanks for any help you've got!

Hey @mattvrgs is there a specific reason you want to add the ability to drag the image/gif?

Mostly because our client really wants the experience of the site to be "fun". Fun colors, fun things designs, all to make renting a bike seem also fun (because bikes are fun). It's not a necessary thing, but it's all to reinforce having fun.
