How do I code full width in one code block only?

Hi,
I can't insert sections in FIVE template/7.0. So I inserted a code block above the footer to get another background (in grey).

Now I want to spread only this code block to 100% width of the content (between the thin vertical lines).

My question: How do I code it? Thank you for your help!

That's the actual code block (for the block in grey in the picture below):
