Can we put the dropdown form on product page above description?

Is it possible to move the form to select shirt color/size/style to the top of my product description on my product page?

One last follow up question, can I by chance have the QTY selection in the same line to the left of Add to Cart button?

Thanks so much for the help.  Is it possible to get the QTY and Add to cart below the dropdown selections too?  Can I get the qty and add to cart next to each other and same width as dropdown above it?

You can move up the add to cart button like

}
