How can I have a navigation title work as a link?

I am trying to have a navigation folder title link to a page. I've tried several solutions posted on the forum (like this one) and it doesn't work. Perhaps because of the version. 

I need the "Los 4 pasos" folder to link to the "Introducción" page as it does now since it is the first page on the dropdown menu, but without showing the "Introducción" item on the dropdown menu. In fact the "introducción" doesn't have to be an item in the menu. I just put it there so the navigation title could automatically link there.
