Text alignment issues

Hello. I'm having a text alignment issue that can only be solved with custom code. If any one can provide some help, it would be greatly appreciated. I have two separate text boxes next to each other. Because they are two different fonts, they fall on a different baseline which keeps them from lining up appropriately. I've attached a screenshot for reference showing the issue.

I've added some code in the advanced part of the specific page I'm trying to get this to work. 

I've tried this: .h4 {padding-top: 4px;}  

I've tried this: h4 {margin-top: 5px !important}
