Custom css for hover effect on customer account link?

Hello! 

I'm trying to create a hover effect on the "My account" link in the header of my website. I've seen instructions for main navigation and bodies with hyperlinks, but not for this specifically. Any assistance would be appreciated! 

Hi @SkarlettB do you want to change the hover color for the Sign In link?

Try adding this to Design > Custom Css

.Header--overlay .Header-account .user-accounts-text-link:hover {
    color: #990000;
}

Then you can play around with the HEX color.
