Change CTA button to text link

Hello!

So on this page, I have used a plugin called Form Uploader, which allows for people to add an attachment to their form. The styling of the upload button needs to be changed to a text link but I am not sure what custom code I need to modify to make that happen. Any help is much appreciated!

Add to Design > Custom CSS
