How do I change the email being used in my contact form?

the 'Submit' button currently goes to the email address associated with my SS account. I don't want it doing that but I can't see how to change that in the 'Contact' page settings. Help please.

Just delete the old one, after you can enter the new one.

Is there a way to change the subject of the email, the form sends to me?
