How can I change the background color of this section only?

I am aiming to visually divide the site  with color and would like to change the "How it Works" section from white to light grey. Refer to pic for style:

It looks like "How it works" , "Meet Jimmy Lama", and "Welcome to Pantry Philosophy" might all be one big section. Is that right? If so, you'll actually want to "add a section" underneath this, then duplicate "how it works" into that new section so that it is its very own section. Then, in this new section, click the edit button, then color, then select that grey that you like!
