Uploading a file on customer accounts

Hi,

I am looking to sell a digital product but this is customized based on the customer. I saw that for the digital product, an existing file has to be available for download but since this is going to be customized, I was wondering if it was possible to upload a file onto a customer account.

no, this is not possible. you can email them the file, though, or send them a link where they can download their customized file.
