TinRoof
Site URL: https://www.trworks.com/wood-slate/p/slate/texas-word-art In my store, (see https://www.trworks.com/wood-slate/p/slate/texas-word-art for an example) the up and down quantity arrows show on the desktop, but do not show on mobile devices. Is there any way to get them to show? Thanks! Link to comment

sprintwebsites
Hi, I am having the identical problem. I had some code in my footer too. I removed it and still no arrows showing/working in the quanities section. Has anyone solved this? I know this is kind of an old post. Thanks! Link to comment

sprintwebsites
I'm corresponding with support right now. If I get an answer from them, I'll report it here. Or I'll have to look to the community. And thanks @creedon I'll post with PW next time. I feel bad asking for help, especially with the new rating system. I feel like I don't have a lot to give back yet! Thank you for responding. sprintwebsites
From Squarespace as to why there are no arrows on mobile devices. They said this might be a future integration but no guarantees. This is expected behavior for mobile devices, as this is meant to allow customers to tap on the quantity box and type in the number of items they wish to add to their order. For desktop, because of the availability of the cursor, the arrows appear within the quantity box, so customers can click to adjust the number. paul2009 1 Link to comment
