Locking or Fixing Nav Bar in Almar template.

Hi everyone, working in a sandbox site at moment and wondering if anyone has figured out how to fix the nav bar in Almar, while slightly pushing the main banner image down so it doesn't cover any of it up? In this case it covers up the subjects top of head. Any help will be hugely appreciated and can send you a small $ thank you as a thanks!

Add this to Design->Custom CSS

#page section:first-child .section-background {
  padding-top: inherit;
}
#page section:first-child{
  min-height: 100vh !important;
}

On Tablet, banner cut off on top & some text break. Do you want to fix these?

You can also check other pages on tablet. I think you will some other small problems.
