When I configure the form using "Edit Form > Storage > Email" to send submissions to my gmail account (t...@gmail.com), I successfully receive emails. However, when I change this to a G Suite email address (s..@thepaisleycorner.com), I don't receive any emails. I don't receive any errors either. I'm able to send and receive emails successfully to the G Suite email address, so not sure why this isn't working via form submission. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening? thepaisleycorner Posted January 9, 2021 Author Share Posted January 9, 2021 I just received this note from Squarespace support, which fixed the issue. "I took a look within our system, and it seems as though your email provider (G Suite) blocked some recent emails we tried to send, which is why you weren’t receiving any messages. I've removed your address from the blocked list on our end, so you'll receive future messages normally as long as your email provider accepts them." Link to comment
