jobie
Site URL: https://www.jumparoundutah.com/ We connected our bluehost domain to squarespace yesterday afternoon. The connection was smooth and took about 10 minutes. However, the SSL certificate has been processing for nearly 24 hours now. I know about the 72 hour waiting period, but I'm nervous something else may be wrong. If you go to our site you can see it says "Not Secure" but when you click on the certificates they all say valid. Any support on this would be greatly appreciated. Link to comment

jobie
Everything appears to be connected. And when I advance past the warning message the site is live and works, but the SSL certificate is not valid. Thank you for your help. Link to comment
paul2009
The certificate you are seeing is for the built-in squarespace.com domain, not your own. As you say, the certificate for your own domain is still processing and hasn't been issued yet. I checked and your DNS settings are still being propagated (see list below). If the situation hasn't changed in another 24 hours then I recommend opening a ticket with Squarespace Customer Care to check the certificate processing. If it doesn't issue immediately, it can sometimes need a nudge from Engineering. You can reach out to them here. About: Squarespace Circle Leader since 2017. jobie
Thank you so much for your help! I opened a ticket and reached out through their twitter account. No response in over 12 hours which is really disheartening. To find out there is no reliable way to get a hold of customer support on a weekend is rather frustrating. We moved hosting from Bluehost due to our site being down during a server migration for two weeks, but they at least answer a phone call 24/7. Thanks again for your help. Link to comment
jobie
Is it possible the www setting is causing an error? When I go to the site there is no www infront of the domain but that setting is checked in squarespace? Link to comment
