bedford-template How to link to second page of Blog List?

How do I link directly to the second page of a Blog List so that as new posts are made, that link still and always directs to whatever the second page of the blog list is. 

In other words, I have a Summary block of nine blog posts. At the bottom, I want an "older posts" link that directs to the second page of the blog list. If I'm not explaining that clearly, just say the word. Thank you for your help!

It may need some javascript snippet to get the blog list and find the last 2nd post via AJAX call, What is your current site look like

I realized that `/blog?page=2` works.
