Add to Design > Custom CSS 

footer.sections [href*="instagram.com"]:after {
    content: "Instagram";
    display: block;
    font-size: 12px;
    position: absolute;
    bottom: -25px;
    color: black;
}
footer.sections [href*="instagram.com"] {
    overflow: visible;
}
