Google AdSense - How does it work?

Hi,

I'm new to all this so I don't know if I'm posting in the right place, but I was wondering if anyone can explain to me exactly how Google Adsense works?

- How do I get the adverts on my website?

- Can I choose how and where they are placed?

- How do I get paid (if at all!)?

...and any other information would be much appreciated too!

Hi, did you get an answer to this?

go to https://www.google.com/adsense/start/ and read up on how to get started. there is a link at the bottom too for you to contact an expert for specific help.
