Adding an additional fee at checkout

Hi, I produce a variety of sented candles. I want to add personalisation to my candle labels at the checkout  for customers to put their chosen words, names for an additional fee of £2. I know there is an additional form at checkout but how do I get it to include the £2 fee to the total order.

This isn’t possible on the checkout page because the page cannot be edited beyond adding a simple form.

To offer a personalisation option, you will need to create a separate personalisation ‘product’ with a custom product form, and offer this when the customer adds the original product to their cart, for example using the related products feature.
