Pacific mobile footer

The Pacific template family automatically adds a “Back to the top” link in the footer on the mobile version. I added my own “Back to the top” link on the desktop version, and now it’s showing up twice on the mobile version. Can I delete the automatic mobile footer?  Or can I add it to the desktop version?  

Add to Home > Design > Custom CSS
